Track 1. Pain- The album, start's off with the immediate taste of awesome in the air. Loving this thick yet powerful groove. There's some stop and go action with some bad ass lead guitar licks. Enjoying the alternating rhythm riff styles. They know how to keep things interesting, they don't bore you with the same old thing. A tasteful, and creative sound, there's a catchiness here, that you don't find in many bands. I like how vocal melodies just perfectly glide over the instrumental parts. A mind fuck of a guitar solo, a dual solo at that. Timing is excellent, the drumming is completely out of this world, time changes, as well as use of alternate instruments, are pure fucking genius, this song almost feel's like a bad ass time warp. Sweet fucking bass solo! The song drives hard, and just when you think it's done, it cave's in a hole within your soul.
Track 2. Abyss- I really like the impressive drumming that starts this song, normally you'd maybe say hey, why not some melody? But hey, it's almost like the music starts the attitude right from the beginning, something that is not only aggressive, but something in an epic rush of melodic metal. The words of the music are so clear and endearing, they dance and enunciate so well in the mix along with the melodies. Digging how the bass guitar jumps in and out in places. There are places where the music sounds like it's out of it's own mind, and reaches a 2nd level of fucking sick, especially with that insane guitar solo. Every where you look though with this music your ears are treated to massive amounts of Metal, drowning in aggressive well timed melody. Loving the alternating rhythm with the palm muted parts. It's a non stop ride of pure greatness!
Track 3. Tightrope- For a moment the music fades away only to explode in your face. Sickening groove, shakes you with it's relentless toss and turning style of ever changing crazed rhythm's. The vocals are absolutely perfect, as usual. Love them here, digging the hell out of the harmonies. The kind of music that can and will easily get stuck into the turbines within one's own mind. These mighty riffs knock you down, and you only want to ask for more. The music sort of takes a break from the vocals, thrusting upon your ears a force of hell flavored music. There's so much rich melodies, here, interesting melodies, but also intriguing rhythms. The drums are their ever powerful self, with perfect timing. A very addictive collection of guitar licks, and music in general!

Track 4. Life- A slow yet crisp and well timed drum beat leads the intro into a massively power loaded riff, both palm muted rhythm and insane lead melody. I love though how the music slows down, and it's just the subtle drums, passionate vocals, and simmering lead guitar. The music slowly, crawls with a heavy stroke of thunder back into the frame. The music just bounces around in your ears, as if it's on some mission of self defining glory, does it achieve it? I'd say with the feel of this song, riffs, and just how well the music flows, Hell Yes! The music is consistent, but it reaches in and grabs your inner workings, feeding something that stays hungry in the deepest depths of tomorrow, the things you wonder about, wish for and beg for. Absolutely masterful, damn that solo, and that sick fucking bass! Love the cascading, yet fading clean guitar within the mix, it's so perfect with this vocals that seem to silently scream into the distance and just die, perfect ending if you ask me.
Track 5. Ghosts- The music starts off as a smack of metal in the face. Instantly catchy and entertaining, but then things quickly change into something even better. More bad ass enunciation between vocals and guitars. Still loving the shit out of those vocals, both lead and the sweet harmonies! A sense of aggression that just grinds your bones into nothing, set against a melody that defines just what it feels like to be alive! I love how well this music just flows, very catchy. This music is just so rich and deep, filled to the brim with excellence, beautiful taste and wonder spread just right in all directions. ANOTHER perfect mind fuck of a guitar solo! Ah man, and that damn bass, it slithers out of the mix to snap your neck, and there's nothing you can do but just ROCK! Love it!
Track 6. Legacy- A thick yet delicious guitar riff starts the song off quite well. Loving the tight yet powerful drums. I am kind of wishing there are some more vocal harmonies within this track, though its kick ass material. Liked the song overall, but it was quite short lived, again I just wish the vocal's would have had harmonies, some of the higher pitched parts sounded a bit odd by themselves, good but odd.

Track 7. Ashamed- The way this track starts out, you feel as the listener your instantly set out upon a mission of fucked up mayhem, with a forthright aggression. Digging the flow of the music here. Good vocal melodies, thought I wish there was a bit more enunciation between the guitars and vocals, excellent, well timed, and aggressive drumming! The quality of the track seems good other than that. Kind of wishing the track had a bit more of an echo in places, but there are some riffs here that are so damn catchy that melt into your brain, that I don't think the rest would have made a difference, excellent music here none the less. Another epic solo! The lead guitar seems almost in a universe all by itself. After listening to the track I begin to understand why things were done the way they were, and they become more acceptable, as far as the vocals go. The alternative instruments added in, a very eclectic addition might I add!
Track 8. Church- An immediate in your face explosion of rich distortion and powerful drumming. I like the vocals though they seem a bit drawn back in the mix, almost like the volume for them is not as high as it should be, other than that they are good. Good harmony vocals. Vocal lyrical clarity is fair, sometimes you can hear the words, other times not so much but hey the melody is sure something all by itself, it seems to flow over the music like a magic carpet ride of melodic metal. I love how the music slows down, digging right in with the thick fucking bass line. The music seems to be alive in a sense, like a living breathing beast. Interesting lyrical subject matter. Overall an amusing and entertaining piece of music, thoroughly enjoyed the guitar riffs.
Track 9. Fame- A similar fashion of beginning the music, though the riffs and drum beat are completely different, though with an added very interesting harmonized set of guitars. This song with these quiet yet warmer vocals, it all ties together to give the song a scary yet evil as fuck feel inside and out. It's a slow yet hammering piece of music. Very interesting and eclectic grooves. The music slows down, but it is pouring over the brim with passion. The guitar riffs, and the bass lines, dance around in insane fashion within the mix, it's a sound that could be quite addictive. Excellent guitar riffs here, masterful playing, loving the dual harmonic solo, it's total fucking madness. Love this track! And the music continues on, only to become a never ending trek of heart pounding and pulsating metal. Everything here has just intertwined and mixed together so perfectly, and of course the song end's just right on the snare. Can't say enough good things about this one.
Track 10. Words- More of a straight of melodic metal riff opens this thing wide open. The syncopation of the music changes a bit, but it heads towards a direction of sheer insanity. Explicit lyric subject matter, though the lyrics themselves are quite interesting, dark and fun. Digging the fuck out of the constant aggression. The kind of METAL, that makes you want to clinch your fists, and drive forth the anger from your own heart to bring a hell onto anyone who will dare cross you. I do however wish the vocal's were a bit louder in the mix, other than that they sound great. The music slows down, giving it a worried, yet sickening feel, almost an anxiety driven theme. The trickling electric guitar is almost as if the temperament of the person in the fight, seems on the fence about losing his mind. Things escalate, and turn AWESOME, quickly. A bad ass yet creepy as hell solo ensues, more ass kicking's are handed out with a fury that is without question. Powerful stuff!

I did the first half of this review this morning had some spare time, as I have this evening, it's been a great pleasure to review this one, as it is always to listen to music of this quality. The only places I had any questions were maybe two spots where the vocal enunciation between the vocals and guitars in one song seemed, odd, but the music progressed and the explanation of the why quickly made itself known. The other? Well, another track seemed as if the vocals should have been a bit higher in the mix volume wise, but the song was damn good, and those vocals had intense powerful melody, overall that song more than made up for that tiny thing. I just can not see, giving this band less than a perfect rating, there's so much damn good music here, from start to finish. Rating 10/10
